Rustop Technologies VCI PaperRustop VCI Papers are available in 30# basis weight for ferrous metals (30F), 30# basis weight for non-ferrous metals (30NF), and 40# basis weight for ferrous metals (40F). All are a natural kraft paper, available in virgin kraft (standard) or recycled kraft, impregnated with non-toxic corrosion inhibiting chemicals of varying load amounts based on application. Our papers are thoroughly impregnated with VCI, meaning either side of the paper can be wrapped toward your part. Some VCI manufacturers only coat one side of the paper, which can cause confusion during the packaging process.
Papers are offered in standard roll and sheet form, as well as custom cut to your specifications. We now offer sheets and rolls up to 72" wide!
